Why not internet plans?

  • Some plans being sold are true 1960's vintage.
  • There may be poor separation of the public and private areas of the house.
  • You look at the floor plans but can't really "see" what your new house will look like.  Bear Notch Design can provide color 3-dimensional drawings which will show what your home and the rooms will look like.
  • The house was designed for a southern climate with no thought given to snow and ice build-up on the roof or to heating costs.
  • The dimensions don't add up, and you don't  know which ones are right.
  • You like the idea but the plan needs to be reversed.
  • If you have purchased an internet plan we can revise it and customize it to meet your needs.
